I have had the pleasure of being educated by Romita mam. I had the most delightful experience with mam, actually a life changing experience. She's​ a great chef and skilled coach. With her guidance and vast knowledge, I'm actually able to create some lovely dishes.I would highly recommend you make the time for this wonderful experience, it's very memorable and you are able to replicate in your own kitchen.She covered an enormous amount in the 2 to 3 hours and we left with detailed instructions for all of the dishes.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️!!!!!
